Interest in winter Club awards party

Postby mdlfCRXs » Tue Dec 20, 2016 8:07 am

I am trying to gauge interest in how many club members would be interested in attending a winter club awards party around the end of January. We have laid out some tentative plans for a fun gathering, possibly at a local brewery for a affordably priced dinner (burgers, sandwiches, and salads), awards recognition for top performing club members, and a time to visit during the off season to share horribly distorted stories of last seasons individual accomplishments. The dinner would be on a week night around January 23- early February timetable depending on site availability.

I am trying to get a rough idea of how much room we need. Let us know please.

And be thinking about awards nominees- best new driver, most improved, biggest goof-up (Golden Pork-Chop).

Thank you.
