Nick, Joe and I had a great time karting today. We set some really fast laps. Joe was the first to post a fast time of 14.464! Next was me with a 14.448, and last was Nick with a 14.574, Nick started his run with a cold kart. All of those times were in the same kart, whose number we will keep secret :D Even the other karts we were running were fast. Times were in the low 15's. So after spending $105 this week  I will no longer keep track of how much I spend there.

I think I need to lose about 15 lbs, then I might be able to keep up with you two!

Thanks for the great time Joe and Coby. I'm going to sleep very well tonite! In fact I just woke up from a 2 hr nap. My back and sides are still killing me. I guess 160 laps will do that to you! BTW, anyone who has not gone to the kart track. YOU SHOULD! The owners are great.

That was a blast!

I think I have whiplash, or my neck is just really sore from holding my head up for all those laps.

BTW, those times were set with the doors open, none of that heating up the track cheating stuff. :)

I forgot to mention that, nice catch. Also, we need to brag more about having the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th fastest times ever. 8)

I should be able to get out of the lab by 2-3p and could do a few laps afterward. I'll be working on figures for publication, so I should be able to check back here several times.

Report:
My best was 14.620 in #2.
Tim, quy I work with, turned a 14.323 in old reliable.
I think the track is getting faster, one of the guys that works there is under 14.
Robin was in the low 16s her first time out :)
