Went with some buddies from work on Monday night....

Kart #9 is the one to be in, as far as i can tell... good power and the tires are nice and sticky (still slideable though)

There was one kart that had flame stickers on it that was super weak on power, steered weird, but had fresh sticky tires on it, i think.

Karts #2 and 7 seemed to be pretty good, i didnt have any time in them, my homies did.

Kart #13 had good power but had super slick rear tires. You could see it in a sheen look to them. (#9 had a good dull/sticky look) This kart was fun, and super challenging- oversteer mania!

I managed to not break into the 15 second zone, and that makes me  ! ( i'm thinking i could get there w/ another round or two in Mister Nine kart)

Jason from my work clocked a very nice 15.4xx on his third race in #9... but he couldnt pass Larry-Larry Day while Larry was piloting #7 (i think) to a best lap or 15.93x

In my first race of the evening, i put down a 16.0xx (i think) whilst driving #9 My second race was on Flamersticker Special kart and it sucked. My third race was in #13 and i think i clocked another 16.0 something, even with that kart being a real slide master.
This Jason monkey is 145 pounds soaking wet holding a brick. 60 pounds less than me (excuses rule!)

Karting rules! I cant believe how worked i feel after 8 minutes.

Them things are almost too fast! for AutoX.

I'd be scared to death on one of those with curbs in the area.

Robert and I ran this evening. I think Robert might be getting the hang of

it. He ran a 15:397 to my 15:846. He was easily FTD and only .04 off of

the top twenty list and this with a slowing track due to the the cold air we

were told. The partners are back from a wedding in Jordan and not

Jordan Mt. They are working out details on group rates, which is good

because Robert wants his b-day party there and you all are invited :D

Sometime in early Dec. See you at the track :P

I am not buying a pair of rear wheels and tires for these karts. Not buying tire warmers either.

After the football games would work best for me. How about 6:00, again.

Last night joe, coby, and i had some good dicing. Going 3 wide into several corners, and coming out of every corner in a different order. That was some good racing action, and very fun! Needless to say, our carts were very even. Actually thinking more about it, mine was probably the fastest, but it had to haul my ass around, which made it even with their carts! Cart #3!

6:00  That's kinda late for an old guy like me. Let me just say...Raiders will lose again just like my Steelers, so let's go kartin sooner.

Thanks again for another great day of karting action. I especially like the lack of contact! Oh, a big congratulations to Joe E and Robert for getting down to 15.1xx's. It was great watching you two battle that last race!

Joe ran #10 and Robert ran #8. Robert beat Joe by a couple of hundreths.

Are you going to be able to make the karting tournament on the 3rd?

I hope so the more the meerier
