well i got a new car. its another rabbit, lol. this time its a 83 GTi. she needs suspention, exaust, the p&p head is goin on. along with motor mounts and most likely clutch.

wow, what a list, but its a good winter project. should have her goin by spring

and pics

Have you thought about racing it in a more "stock" condition?
Those mods put you way out in a Prepared or Modified class.
Course, those mods would be fun too. :wink:

That is a good point Doug.
Kevin, if you were to focus on things like the motor mounts, clutch, new shocks, and just getting the car reliable, you might have more fun in the end, and you would be more competitive in your class.

Looks alot like the oppmoblie except theirs' has been modified by bambi.

I suppose if it was "modified by Bambi" just right, you could gain a good deal of downforce?! :mrgreen:
