Index Event at the Commons

The annual Index event is coming up on August 25....Next year the venue will be sealed, so likely a little slower, so we have added incentive to drive it this year for year to year comparisons....by this coming Friday I need to get the event in the system with SCCA.....as per usual we need:
Event Chair
Solo Safety Steward
Chief of Waivers

I will be attending and take one of the roles, and it doesn't matter which one...please step up in the next day or two so I can get the filing done in a timely manner...thank you, Mel

Wooooo!!!! I'm getting excited to get back behind the wheel again. Just 4-5 days until driving a car, and 10 days until driving hard.

Index coming this Saturday....Potty will be on site, and the van is at Loren's place...who can help shuttle the van to the Commons about Friday?...and Alex--will you be there, or do we need to see about getting the computer and radios from you?....weather looks like it will be perfect, so I would expect mid 30s drivers...it will help us to have our ducks prepared so we can get a lot of runs...btw, Mudge is back and really stepped up his driving this weekend....apparently riding subways in NYC really improve his driving line choices....

Do we know who has the laptop and the event results? Once they are posted I'll add the info into the big Index File and then ask Mike to post it for us.

I did not see the computer at the end of the event....either Joe has it, or it is in the van
