Cardinal Sept 10

Postby Mel Kuipers » Wed Aug 09, 2017 9:39 am

I will be in the high country the next couple of weeks, so need to get the sanction request for the Sept 10 event done NOW....who will take:
Event Chair
SSS
Chief of Waivers

please step up soon, or the sanction may not be available (read as event cancelled)....my goal as comp chair has been to never cancel an event, and this one won't be cancelled if I get the sanction requested this week....while I hate to miss my goal of no cancellations, it is an option....

I'd be happy to drop some cones to drive around - thanks for asking.

Dave, would it be worthwhile for us (meaning club members living in Bozeman) to patch the mini-Berkeley Pit pothole in the asphalt? would it allow some course design advantages? Ace Hardware (and others) sells bags of asphalt patch. I have used them and it works well.

I believe I was told that Loren knows a guy (shocking) that would help patch it up for us.

I have used the Ace patch and it both works and is durable.
