Planning on coming up for this event. Looks like maybe a smaller turn out because of conflicting events in Mt. Should get plenty of runs and there is no chance of event being cancelled because of low number of participants?

it will be nice to run with you....as EC it is my call, and with the weather looking fine, and the last event of the season, we will run...and with small numbers, we should have a lot of runs...see you there

Mel Kuipers wrote:Jonathon...thanks for the help for Dave...if you can haul some cones out to the track from the trailer, then I will move the trailer with my truck when I get there...I am having worries about not enough cones, so will swing by the van to bring some extras...if you have not made your run to the van yet, I can get that stuff for you...thanks again for all the help

Mel: we do have quite a few cones in the trailer. At the last EVO school we had left over cones and didnt really need the extra cones hauled up. Since then we left some of our Coneheads booty in the trailer too. Besides I hope/bet Dave goes minimalist on the cones instead of a forest-type layout. More cones, more to hit!

Looks like I will be heading up Friday and get to enjoy the whole weekend of racing. I haves the insurance certificate and the tasty new wristbands. Is there anything else that needs to brought up? Everything we need out of the Van?

Thanks!

I am happy to report that the surgery went well, and she is recovering nicely. This was a much simpler operation that last time (the surgeon said the actual operation only took about 15 minutes). If all goes to plan, she should only be in the hospital about two days.

Don't have too much fun without me :)

Very cool - thanks for letting us know how she's doing. I've been sending the good thoughts.

I'll be driving up on Sat morning. If you guys need any more cones or anything else from the van, let me know and I'll swing by and grab them.

We may not go through much water at the event, but better to have it than have thirsty people. I think it's going to be a bit chilly in the morning. Hopefully the sun shines on us. It could take a while for the guys on race tires to start getting grip.
