here it comes---last event of 2014...and it promises to be great fun....Missoula has an event on the 5th so we may not see many folks from there, and I have only heard from two Great falls drivers who thot they would come....so if the number of drivers is small, that can only mean a lot of runs....yupper, that is just what the dr ordered....Dave is doing a two pad course, that will likely include half the road course (likely, cause we do need enough people to work the area)...so far we have me as EC, James as SSS, Sarah in charge of Waivers, Judi and Sarah doing registration, Mike K doing timing, and Diego doing Chief of Workers....still needed:
another safety person
another timing person
Chief of Tech
Event Box supplies (I hear we are short of wrist bands)---you good with that Joe?
someone to move timing and gen supplies from the Van to Helena
If you are attending let us know (to date I do not think there will be on line registration)....and sign up for work assignments listed above if you can fill the bill....
thanks, Mel
BTW---does anyone have any idea what happened to the club bull horn?

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one, we are heading back to Rochester for Victoria's second surgery. We leave this Sunday, so ideally I should get the timing equipment to someone prior to that. However, my father-in-law is staying at our place, so worst case it can be picked up next week. Or I can run them to someones house in Bozeman, or meet somewhere.

I won't be able to make it to this event.

Event box: The last time I looked there were lots of wristbands, but if they can't be located let me know and I will order more. You might be getting low on registration and liability forms, so you might want to print more before the event.

Hope the weather is good, have fun!

When we were packing up our toys at the last event in Bozeman, there were two wristbands left. Maybe someone could take another look in the van and see if there's another stack of them that slid out of the box?

That would kick ass......thank you.

One thing we'll need is someone with a truck and hitch to pull the trailer out of its hiding spot so we can get the cones out of it.

Jonathon...thanks for the help for Dave...if you can haul some cones out to the track from the trailer, then I will move the trailer with my truck when I get there...I am having worries about not enough cones, so will swing by the van to bring some extras...if you have not made your run to the van yet, I can get that stuff for you...thanks again for all the help

Worried about not having enough cones? I'm pretty sure we should have enough, at least I hope we do, we just bought a bunch more early this year to make sure that was the case. This is probly a worst case scenario as far as cone usage, but if we don't have enough to do it I'm gonna suggest we buy more cones again.

I will be there for Sat only. Barring unforeseen circumstances, looking forward to it!

Alex, we'll keep you and Victoria in our thoughts. Hope everything goes well.
