Postby WRX-B » Mon Aug 25, 2003 8:42 pm

Howdy all,

I have quit my job and lined up a new one. Starting the beginning of October, i will be a trying my best to sell Audi's at the new Dick Walter Audi location on Main street.

I can hardly wait to start.

Now, if you good folks could help me out by purchasing new Audi's from me every six months or so, that would really be great. (the new A8L is pretty sweet.)

Thanks in advance,
Rick B

Rick,

Your not the only one starting a new job. I start working at the JC Billion parts department on the 2nd. More money for autocrossing. :) Actually, more money for a down payment on a house.

Thanks for all the orders, i will put them into the system asap. I will pick the colors for you, beige for everyone! :P

Congrats to Ray! Now, i know you said you didnt like em, but get that 350Z!!! Tuners are going mad on that thing already.

Yup, Larry will be there, he's gonna show me the way.

Speaking of the RS6, has anyone been catching the SpeedVision racing series with the RS6 going up against Porches, M3's, Vettes, etc? For a luxury sedan, its kickin some large arse. The standing starts are unreal. The RS6 guys absolutely obliterate the other (2wd) cars. The weight of the Audi's does work against them as far as tire wear and cornering speed goes, but on the straights- they make up for it somewhat. Good racing to watch, me thinks.

See y'all,

I still think the new Z car is fugly and if I could afford a new car I would be going across the street for a new Z06.

Whoah, fugly, thats ruff. You could two for same $'s as Vette. :?

ZO6's are pretty badasz, but you know you'll really want to stay with the AWD way of life. That new S4 is poifect for ya. We could even bolt a couple of snails on there for you, very small price....

Yep, FUUUUUUGLY. Don't like them. Since Retro is in they could have at least made it look like a 240Z and added modern electronics and handling then I would like it. All I can say about the 350Z is its squarely rounded. Not sure what that means but its round and has some very square edges.

Z06's are the shitszz They look, sound and handle awsome. The total package and there isn't another production car that even get close to it as far as performance for the dollar.
You willing to trade that S4 straight across for my Stealth? Even then I wouls have to think about it long and hard.

Them Z06's are insane, i would love one. I saw the dark-bright blue one today, just doesnt get any eviller. I wish the people who run them at the autoX'es around here wouldnt use Hoosiers everytime, they dont need all that advantage on us.

I will pull the standard "i'll have to check w/ my manager" line out for that one.

Ray, you're makin me like the 350z even more! :) I dont like the door handles at all. Make mine Flat Black all over, with a Greddy Twin turbo kit.

RB out.

If I retire the Stealth I am going with something cheap to buy cheap to modify with plenty of aftermarket support. A 3rd or 4th Gen F-body or 79 up "Rustang" seem to fit the bill pretty good. The MR2 still has me intrigued so don't be surprised if that is what I show up with next year. I should be able to keep the MR2 "budget" if I leave the engine unmodified and just concentrate on a good working suspension and wheel tire package. I found out what I would like to do to the engine would cost close to $3000
