Boxster S - isn't that the girly Porsche :D

No more cars - done spending!!!! However, if a 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO happens to come by for about $ 20,000 I'll have to jump on it!

Have to get the darn STI broken in so I can play with it! Keeping it below 4000 rpms is tough :P

I'm glad you didn't post a picture of the rear end. I think we will all get sick of seeing it in a couple of races.

I drove a regular Boxster once, went from Bozeman to Bridger ski area and back. Best 'feeling' car i have ever driven. Of course, i really needed to take the drivers seat completely out to actually fit. I had my loverly wife with me, and it was a nice day with the top down. On the way back into town i was accelerating up thru the gears while my wife was intermittently putting her hands above the windscreen and yelling "WHEEEEE!!!"... I noticed that her hands were getting blown back pretty easily, so i looked at the digi speedo readout located at the bottom of the tach, 119mph. I had to tell her that we were going that fast later, she didnt believe me. Cool car. Not terribly Girly. It had factory option 18" wheelies on it, very good looking. I have no idea why i am telling this story.

Nice Car Russ !
It is finally here eh?

How's the manual diff. option?
Did you try it ?

You need to add WRC style rear wing to make it look closer to the WRC machine!! 8)

Holy crap, that last picture is MEAN looking  Russ you need to make your car that low. Of course then it would ride like the Cossie and be worthless in the snow ;)

I must defend the mascilinity of the Boxster. It is unfortunate that is is seen as a secretary's car, good power to weight ratio, probably better handleing than the 911, and in my opinion very good looking in person. For some reason you don't get the sense of how low and wide they are in pictures.

May have to see if I can get my hands on those wider fenders and front bumper - they look so cool! Dang, WRC cars are cool! Maybe then I can run a wheel that doesn't have to have a 53 mm offset to clear the darn brakes!

Ardi - this is what you need:

Yo Ardi!! Welcome to the forum of Truth and Justice! (actually, you may want to invest in some very tall rubber boots, the BS gets pretty deep  , i should know, i fling it real good!)

Ardi- whats this about the Honda going into retirement?

Joe- i totally agree on the Boxster, its so good. I just dont fit in it! I fit just fine in the current 911. From my brief drive in the Boxster, i remember its steering to be just so far ahead of anything else i have driven. It almost felt too heavy until you realize that its the way steering should feel. I think i read that the next Boxster will be offered with a 3.6 motor making 300~hp, uhm, that wouldnt suck.

Has anyone seen that Black EVO running around lately in Bozo? I havent seen it in a while now. I know its owner was a very fortunate high school student, that kid better have brought home a straight A report card. I left a note on it a couple of months ago, telling the owner of our lil cone dodging exercises, guess he dont care to show us his skilzz.

Ruzzell--- Are you gonna mod this lil black devil? You'd be staring down the barrel of another 350+horsiepwer machine without spending too much $$$. (The STi can be taken to 385+hp fairly easy i think)
